Before You Begin
Before connecting to WeChat, ensure you have:
- Access to your WowChat workspace
- A WeChat Service Account
- WeChat App ID
- WeChat App Secret

Connecting WeChat Channel
Follow these steps to connect your WeChat channel.
Open Channels
After successfully logging in to your WowChat account, click on the Channels option from the left-hand navigation menu.
Create a New Channel
Click the New Channel button to begin creating a new communication channel.
Select WeChat Channel
From the available channel types, select WeChat Channel.
Create a WeChat Official Account
If you do not already have a WeChat Official Account, create one by following the instructions provided by WeChat.Complete all required setup steps for your WeChat Official Account before proceeding.
Confirm Setup Completion
After completing the WeChat Service Account setup, select the Completed All Setup Steps checkbox. Click the Next button to continue.
Enter Channel Information
Provide the required channel information:• Channel Name• WeChat App ID• WeChat App Secret
Click Next
After entering all required information, click the Next button.
Assign Users
Select the user that you want to assign this channel to. Click the Next button to continue.
Channel Created Successfully
Your WeChat channel has been created successfully. And click on the Finish button.
