About WowChat

The services provided by WowChat and/or its subsidiaries and affiliates (“WowChat” or “our”) consist of an omnichannel SaaS platform that allows our customers to streamline WhatsApp Business, Email, SMS, Social Media, and VoIP conversations.

A “Customer” is an entity or individual with whom WowChat has an agreement to provide the Services.

About the Terms

This Terms of Service (this “Agreement”) is an agreement between the Customer and WowChat. By using the WowChat Solution, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, accepted, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Definitions

• Chat Participant: An individual who communicates with a Business.
• Confidential Information: Non-public information including:
  • Marketing and Development Information
  • Business Operations Information
  • Product & Service Information
  • Intellectual Property & Technology

2. WowChat Platform

We make the platform available provided you:

• Comply with terms of Third Party Messaging Platforms.
• Enable necessary interoperability steps (API keys, approvals).

9. Account and Use Restrictions

Prohibited activities include:

• Uploading viruses
• Unauthorized access
• Scraping data
• Reverse-engineering
• Building competing service
• Illegal activity

14. Limitation of Liabilities

WowChat’s total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months or USD $500, whichever is lower. Indirect or consequential damages are excluded.
